Who is Xenca? 
Xenca is a young, British brand. It is the only company of its kind that is run entirely by its members for its members. Its Directors have many years combined experience in both the Direct Sales and manufacturing sectors. The company is wholly owned by its Associates and is run along co-operative lines with all Associates having the opportunity to contribute to the decision-making process and to share in the profits of the company.

Where do Xenca products come from?
The majority of Xenca products are manufactured in the UK.  However, in our search for the very best quality products, our Five a Day + super-food is manufactured exclusively for us in California by specialists in natural nutrition. 

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We take your online security very seriously.  All orders are handled over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and other security measures so that you can order with complete peace of mind.

How soon will my products arrive?

For orders received before 12 noon they will be sent out the same working day or, if ordered after 12 noon, on a Friday or at the weekend they will be sent out the next working day.

1st class Royal Mail - Although they aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail within 2 working days of posting, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service and it can take anything up to 7 working days to be delivered.

2nd class Royal Mail - Although they aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class mail within 4 working days of posting, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service and it can take anything up to 14 working days to be delivered.

UK Mail - Next working day courier service - If you place an order before 12 noon, please expect your parcel the next working day.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day guarantee from the date of shipping.  If you have purchased your products from one of our associates, they will offer you a replacement, alternative or full refund.  Online orders may be returned to us.   Should you notify us within 14 days, we will provide a full refund including shipping.

How natural are Xenca products?
Our Collagen Hydrolysate, Five a Day+v and skin care are entirely natural.  Due to quality, efficacy and processing requirements, some nutritional products need to contain substances synthesised in the laboratory.  For example, binding agents may be needed to ensure safety and consistency of certain tablets.

Which products are aluminium-free?
Yes they are.

Which products are suitable for vegetarians?
Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians with the following exceptions:   Collagen supplements (Bovine origin), and our Fish oil supplement (fish based). 

The following have Gelatin shells:- Vitamin B complex and Boost tanning capsules.

Are Xenca products tested on animals?
No.  None of our products or ingredients is tested on animals.

Do Xenca beauty products contain parabens?
Our skin care products are packed with natural, skin soothing ingredients and free from petrochemicals, glycols and synthetic fragrances.

Are there any contraindications?
Most of our supplements are suitable for everyone providing they are taken along with a balanced healthy diet.

Can I buy Xenca products from outside the UK?
Yes Xenca products can be shipped to a large number of countries worldwide. The drop down country menu at checkout will show the current list of country options.
